## Core workflow

Every partner program on Refairn follows the same four-step loop:

1. **Recruit** — Invite vetted agents into a product-specific program using a unique enrollment link.
2. **Train** — Publish training modules, approved marketing claims, and certifications that agents must complete.
3. **Track** — Attribute referrals, customers, support tickets, and SLA signals to the right agents in real time.
4. **Reward** — Release commissions only after real customer value is verified—first payment confirmed, hold period passed.
